Ivalue Infosolutions allots 1.23 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Ivalue Infosolutions has allotted 1,23,280 equity shares under ESOP on 29 July 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 10,95,07,320 comprising 5,47,53,660 equity shares of Rs 2 each.
