CAMS allots 92,823 equity shares under ESOS

Computer Age Management Services has allotted 92,823 equity shares under ESOS on 29 July 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs.49,65,95,102/- consisting of 24,82,97,551 equity shares of Rs.2/- each.
