MCX Evening Update: Crude oil spikes 6% as upmove extends

MCX Crude oil futures saw a massive bounce on global worries and the August contract spiked 6% to Rs 8059 per barrel. The open interest in the counter edged up around 5%. Market is now eying the weekly US inventories data due in the evening trades.
