Copper drfits lower for second session

COMEX Copper futures drifted lower today, giving up for a second session despite mixed equities. In Asia, China's Shanghai Composite index rose 0.40% after recent spate of losses. Hong Kong?s Hang Seng index jumped 2%. Japan?s Nikkei average fell 1.50%. South Korea's Kospi index continued to correct and tumbled heavily today to crash 6%. Meanwhile, European stocks eased modestly amid lack of major economic cues. In overnight trades, the Dow closed higher for the third straight session, jumping around 1%. COMEX Copper futures are currently trading at $6.32 per pound, down 0.63% on the day and is lingering near one-week low. MCX Copper futures are also trading down 0.12% at Rs 1322.70 per kg. The counter tested lows around Rs 1317 per kg in early moves.
