Board of Transrail Lighting approves raising up to Rs 600 cr via QIP issue

The board of Transrail Lighting at its meeting held on 28 July 2026 has approved raising up to Rs 600 crore by way of issue of equity shares / equity-linked securities under qualified institutional placement.
