Tata Communications grants 2.49 lakh RSUs

Tata Communications has granted 2,49,092 Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) to eligible employees under the Tata Communications Limited Stock Unit Plan 2023.

Of the total RSUs granted, 239,080 RSUs have been granted with an effective grant date of 01 May 2026, and 10,012 RSUs have been granted with an effective grant date of 01 August 2026.
