Coforge allots 2.29 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Coforge has allotted 2,29,681 equity shares under ESOP on 16 July 2026. Consequently, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 44,29,20,492 equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each aggregating to Rs 88,58,40,984.
