Torrent Pharmaceuticals appoints Shanti Ekambaram on its board

The board of Torrent Pharmaceuticals has approved the appointment of Shanti Ekambaram (DIN: 00004889) as an Additional Independent Director of the Company for a term of 3 consecutive years effective from 30 July 2026, subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company.
