MAS Financial Services allots NCDs aggregating to Rs 150 cr

MAS Financial Services has allotted 1.50 lakh rated, listed, senior, secured, redeemable, transferable, taxable, non convertible debentures denominated in INR, having a face value of Rs 10,000 each and an aggregate nominal value of Rs 150 crore on a private placement basis.
