Board of IRB InvIT Fund recommends First Interim dividend

IRB InvIT Fund announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 23 July 2026, inter alia, have recommended the First Interim dividend of Rs 1.625 per equity Share (i.e. 1.5931372%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
