Infosys allots 4.77 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Infosys has allotted 4,77,767 equity shares under 2015 Incentive Compensation Plan and Infosys Expanded Stock Ownership Program 2019. Consequently, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 20,29,02,82,985/- divided into 4,05,80,56,597 equity shares of Rs 5/- each.
