Adani Power board approves fund raising up to Rs 15,000 crore

Also approves increase in borrowing limits to Rs 1 lakh crore

The board of Adani Power at its meeting held on 22 July 2026 has approved fund raising up to Rs 15,000 crore by way of QIP issue.

The board also approved increase in borrowing limits from Rs 75,000 crore to Rs 1,00,000 crore.
