Rallis India announced that Padmini Khare Kaicker (DIN: 00296388) and Dr. C. V. Natraj (DIN: 07132764) have completed their second consecutive term as Independent Directors of Rallis India on 21 July 2026, and consequently ceased to be Independent Directors of the Company effective 22 July 2026.
