Axis Bank allots 1.16 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Axis Bank has allotted 116,524 equity shares under ESOP on 21 July 2026. Consequently, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 6,222,166,390 (3,111,083,195 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
