Copper up more than 4% in last two sessions

COMEX Copper futures soared today, adding to latest gains and hitting around one-month high as firm equities boosted sentiments. The red metal is up 2.84% at $6.52 per pound. The counter has rallied more than 4% in last two sessions. Meanwhile, in Asia China's Shanghai Composite index spiked 1.79% on efficient use of fiscal funds and accelerating policy implementation. Hong Kong?s Hang Seng index closed flat. Japan?s Nikkei average gained more than 3%. European stocks edged up modestly. Wall Street drifted to a quiet finish in last session. The S&P 500 dipped 0.2%. The Dow Jones Industrial Average dropped 0.6% and the Nasdaq composite was flat.
