MCX Evening Update: Precious metals edge higher, Silver spikes more than 1%

Precious metals rebounded on MCX today. MCX Gold is trading up 0.53% at Rs 141646 per 10 grams after hitting highs above Rs 142000 per 10 grams. Silver is up 1.25% at Rs 219099 per kg. Escalating US-Iran hostilities are enhancing gold's safe-haven appeal and Silver is also holding up well.
