Board of Shyam Metalics & Energy recommends first interim dividend

Shyam Metalics & Energy announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 20 July 2026, inter alia, have recommended the first interim dividend of Rs 1.8 per equity Share (i.e. 18%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
