Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions allots 9,220 equity shares under ESOS

Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions has allotted 9,220 equity shares under ESOS on 17 July 2026. Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Company shall stand increased from Rs 11,72,26,150 to Rs 11,72,35,370.
