CG Power & Industrial Solutions allots 34,660 equity shares under ESOP

CG Power & Industrial Solutions has allotted 34,660 equity shares under ESOP on 17 July 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs.3,15,00,27,818 comprising of 1,57,50,13,909 equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each.
