MCX Morning Wrap: Base metals fall, Nickel tumbles near Rs 1610 per kg

Base metals are slippery today, recording an across-the-board fall. MCX Copper futures for July are trading at Rs 1296.95 per kg, down 0.88% on the day as the counter is witnessing sustained pressure after breaking under Rs 1300 per kg. MCX Aluminum futures fell 0.48% to trade at Rs 342.65 per kg. MCX Zinc futures lost 0.77% to trade at Rs 374.40 per kg. MCX Lead futures eased 0.15% to trade at Rs 198.70 per kg. MCX Nickel gave up gains in last session and slumped 1.58% to trade at Rs 1613.80 per kg.
