SG Finserve incorporates WoS - SG Alternative Investment Fund

SG Finserve has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary, SG Alternative Investment Fund on 16 July 2026. The new subsidiary will act as an investment manager for setting up a category III alternate investment fund.
