MCX Morning Wrap: Base metals supported, Nickel spikes more than 2%

Base metals are supported today. MCX Copper futures for July are trading at Rs 1314.30 per kg, up 0.19% on the day though the counter is witnessing corrective action in intraday moves. MCX Aluminum futures added 0.35% to trade at Rs 342.70 per kg. MCX Zinc futures rose 0.48% to trade at Rs 375.95 per kg. MCX Lead futures moved up 0.56% to trade at Rs 199 per kg. Good gains have emerged in MCX Nickel, which is up 2.17% to trade at Rs 1644.90 per kg.
