Natural Gas lingers near three-month low, EIA storage data in focus

Natural Gas futures stayed slippery today as a break under $3 per mmbtu mark weighed on the sentiments. Demand concerns have been pulling the counter down recently and the futures are currently lingering around three-month low amid elevated US output and thin exports. The commodity currently trades at $2.89 per mmbtu, down 0.92% on the day. EIA will release its weekly natural gas storage data later on today and market is likely to witness choppy moves till then. On MCX, Natural Gas futures are down 1.10% at Rs 279.60 per mmbtu, quoting around day?s low.
