Nephrocare Health Services allots 2.18 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Nephrocare Health Services has allotted 2,18,297 equity shares under ESOP on 14 June 2026. Consequently, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 20,11,18,028, comprising 10,05,59,014 equity shares of face value of Rs 2/- each.
