Anand Rathi Share & Stock Brokers board approves capital raising up to Rs 500 cr

The board of Anand Rathi Share & Stock Brokers at its meeting held on 14 July 2026 has approved raising of capital through issuance of Rated / Unrated, Listed/ Unlisted, Unsecured / Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures, for an amount not exceeding Rs. 500 crore in one or more tranches.
