SONA BLW Precision Forgings allots 6.62 lakh equity shares under ESOP

SONA BLW Precision Forgings has allotted 6,62,301 equity shares under ESOP on 14 July 2026. Post allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 6,22,69,71,380 comprising of 62,26,97,138 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
