Pennar Industries allots 5.50 lakh equity shares on conversion of warrants

Pennar Industries has allotted 5,50,000 equity shares on conversion of warrants on 14 July 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 67,74,81,155/- consisting of 13,54,96,231 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each.
