Base Metals Preview: Copper holds around $6.30 mark in Asia

COMEX Copper futures are holding steady around three week high today despite worries posed by geopolitical tensions. A sustained drop in the LME Copper inventories is also supporting the metal. COMEX Copper futures are quoting at $6.31 per pound, up 0.40% on the day. MCX Copper futures ended down marginally at Rs 1295 per kg yesterday after testing Rs 1300 per kg mark in intraday moves. The counter is likely to open on a steady note today.
