IndoStar Capital Finance allots 7,352 equity shares under ESOP

IndoStar Capital Finance has allotted 7,352 equity shares under ESOP on 13 July 2026. Consequently, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 1,61,59,23,590/- consisting of 16,15,92,359 equity shares of face value of Rs 10/- each.
