Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions has allotted 8,740 equity shares under ESOS on 13 July 2026. Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Company shall stand increased from Rs 11,72,17,410 to Rs 11,72,26,150.
