Board of Goodluck India approves bonus issue of 2:1

At meeting held on 11 July 2026

The board of Goodluck India at its meeting held on 11 July 2026 has approved bonus issue of equity shares in ratio of 2:1.

In view of the proposed bonus issue, the board has adjusted the amount of proposed final dividend for FY 2026 to Re 1 per equity share.
