Poonawalla Fincorp raises Tier II capital of Rs 200 cr

Poonawalla Fincorp has allotted 20,000 unsecured, redeemable, rated, listed, subordinated, non-convertible debentures constituting Tier II Capital of the face value of Rs 1,00,000/-, amounting to Rs 200 crore through private placement.
