MAS Financial Services raises Rs 250 cr via NCD issuance

MAS Financial Services has allotted 25,000 rated, listed, senior, secured, redeemable, transferable, taxable, non-convertible debentures denominated in Indian Rupees, having a face value of Rs 1,00,000 each and an aggregate nominal value of Rs 250 crore on a private placement basis.
