Aditya Birla Capital allots 16.10 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Aditya Birla Capital has allotted 16,10,180 equity shares under ESOP on 08 July 2026. With this, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 27,35,81,64,800 (i.e. 2,73,58,16,480 equity shares of face value of Rs 10/- each).
