Kirloskar Oil Engines allots 1.26 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Kirloskar Oil Engines has allotted 1,26,354 equity shares under ESOP on 07 July 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 14,55,06,298 fully paid-up equity shares of Rs. 2/- each aggregating to Rs. 29,10,12,596/-.
