Windsor Machines allots 17.32 lakh equity shares on conversion of warrants

Windsor Machines has allotted 17,32,405 equity shares on conversion of equivalent number of warrants on receipt of balance 75% of issue price of Rs 191.85 per warrant.

Consequently, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 20,69,18,834/- consisting of 10,34,59,417 fully paid-up Equity Shares of Rs 2/- each.
