Board of Nestle India recommends special dividend

Nestle India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 3 July 2026, inter alia, have recommended the special dividend of Rs 2 per equity Share (i.e. 200%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
