Indo Thai Securities allots 15 lakh equity shares on conversion of warrants

Indo Thai Securities has allotted 15 lakh equity shares on conversion of warrants in the ratio of 1 warrant converted into 10 equity shares (adjusted after stock split i.e. 10 equity shares to be allotted for every 1 warrant).
