Adani Energy Solutions board approves Rs 10,000 cr QIP issue

The board of Adani Energy Solutions at its meeting held on 01 July 2026 has approved raising of funds by way of issuance of equity shares or other eligible securities for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs 10,000 crore by way of a qualified institutional placement.
