MAS Financial Services allots NCDs aggregating to Rs 150 cr

On private placement basis
MAS Financial Services has allotted 15,000 rated, listed, senior, secured, redeemable, transferable, taxable, non-convertible debentures denominated in Indian Rupees, having a face value of Rs 1,00,000 each and an aggregate nominal value of Rs 150 crore on a private placement basis.
