Kajaria Ceramics allots 20,760 equity shares under ESOP

Kajaria Ceramics has allotted 20,760 equity shares under ESOP on 27 June 2026. Post allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 15,92,93,050 equity shares of Re 1 each.
