IDFC FIRST Bank allots 15.10 lakh equity shares under ESOS

IDFC FIRST Bank has allotted 15,10,378 equity shares under ESOS on 25 June 2026. Post allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 86,14,73,57,940/- comprising of 8,61,47,35,794 equity shares of Rs 10/- each fully paid-up.
