Poonawalla Fincorp allots 18,697 equity shares under ESOP

Poonawalla Fincorp has allotted 18,697 equity shares under ESOP on 25 June 2026. Pursuant to this allotment, the issued, subscribed and paid-up equity share capital of the Company will stand increased to Rs. 176,09,97,376.00/- consisting of 88,04,98,688 Nos. of equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
