SignatureGlobal India allots 1.75 lakh equity shares under ESOP

SignatureGlobal India has allotted 1,75,335 equity shares under ESOP on 24 June 2026. Consequently, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 14,06,86,026/- (divided into 14,06,86,026 Equity Shares of face value of Re. 1/- each).
