SBI Cards & Payment Services allots 5,214 equity shares under ESOP

SBI Cards & Payment Services has allotted 5,214 equity shares under ESOP on 24 June 2026. Post allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 9,51,61,45,080 /- consisting of 95,16,14,508 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each.
