India Shelter Finance Corporation allots 69,456 equity shares under ESOP

India Shelter Finance Corporation has allotted 69,456 equity shares under ESOP on 24 June 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 54,42,72,775 consisting of 10,88,54,555 equity shares having a face value of Rs. 5/- each.
