ESAF Small Finance Bank raises Basel II compliant Tier II bonds of Rs 85 cr

ESAF Small Finance Bank has allotted 8,500 listed, rated, taxable, unsecured, transferable, redeemable, fully paid up, Basel II complaint lower Tier II subordinated bonds in the nature of non-convertible debentures having face value of Rs 1,00,000/- each aggregating to Rs 85 crore on a private placement basis.
