IIFL Capital Services allots 17.80 lakh equity shares under ESOS

IIFL Capital Services has allotted 17,80,000 equity shares under ESOS on 23 June 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 31,34,50,564 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
