Board of One Global Service Provider recommends Final Dividend

One Global Service Provider announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 May 2026, has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs.1 per share (i.e.10%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
