PNC Infratech incorporates SPV for undertaking NHAI highway project

PNC Infratech has received incorporation of a subsidiary company, in the name of Barabanki Mustafabad Highway as a special purpose vehicle on 17 June 2026 to implement a highway project awarded by National Highways Authority of India.
